Stephen Leitner began his career as an attorney after graduating from New York Law School, J.D. and thereafter New York University Law School with a Master of Law, L.L.M. After serving as house counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company he became a partner with O’Brien, Brett, Martin & Leitner.
After leaving New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Company as staff counsel, Mr. Tort has focused his practice on the defense of Workers’ Compensation claims representing self-insureds, third party administrators, major insurance carriers and municipal, county and state entities.
Joseph C. DeFazio started his career as an attorney for Perfilio & Marquet, where he began to work in Worker’s Compensation and liability. After two years, Joe DeFazio became a Worker’s Compensation defense staff council for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.
Randolph “Randy” Brause graduated from Cornell University with a BA in economics and a JD from Boston University School of Law. Mr. Brause is admitted to the bars of New Jersey and New York, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States Supreme Court.
William “Bill” Mead has been a practicing attorney for 48 years. He attended the University of Vermont for his B.A. and later received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. William is a member of the New Jersey State Bar, as part of the Workers’ Compensation section.
Brian joined our firm’s clerical staff in 2000. His interest in the practice of law lead him to complete the Paralegal Studies Program at Middlesex County College. After graduating from Rutgers University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, Brian received his Juris Doctor from New York Law School.
