EXPERIENCE

Brian joined our firm’s clerical staff in 2000. His interest in the practice of law lead him to complete the Paralegal Studies Program at Middlesex County College. After graduating from Rutgers University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, Brian received his Juris Doctor from New York Law School. Brian was paralegal to a partner of our firm, Steve Leitner, for approximately 15 years. Brian was admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey in 2017.

Throughout his many years at the firm, Brian has focused on workers’ compensation, insurance defense, personal injury, municipal court and real estate law. In 2014, Brian played a major role in the drafting of Briefs and oral argument preparation before the New Jersey Supreme Court in the matter of Hersh v. County of Morris, wherein the Court ruled unanimously in our favor in a long overdue victory for respondents and workers’ compensation carriers in the area of premises liability law.

Brian regularly takes part in client meetings and claim reviews, as well as preparation of files for litigation, trials and appeals.
