EXPERIENCE

Randolph “Randy” Brause graduated from Cornell University with a BA in economics and a JD from Boston University School of Law. Mr. Brause is admitted to the bars of New Jersey and New York, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States Supreme Court.

The early part of his career included a substantial emphasis on criminal defense, civil litigation and real estate. Mr. Brause handled numerous criminal matters and tried nearly 40 indictable cases to verdict. He previously served as a municipal public defender and prosecutor for the Township of Scotch Plains. He has been selected by his peers as a Super Lawyer by New Jersey Monthly.

Randy has significant experience in Workers’ Compensation regularly handling trial and appellate matters for carriers, self-insureds and public entities. His diverse client base includes the New York Giants and the New York Jets. Mr. Brause is a certified workers’ compensation lawyer.

Randy is a life-long resident of New Jersey. He is married with three children. Randy was actively involved in youth sports coach soccer, baseball, basketball and lacrosse. He serves as Board of Trustee for the New Jersey Chapter of the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation.
