EXPERIENCE
Thomas Kirschenbaum specializes in Workers’ Compensation defense and has 22 years as a corporate counsel for Liberty Mutual, Wausau, Nationwide, Peerless and Ohio Casualty Insurance companies.
After serving a Judicial clerkship with Hon. Joseph P. Hanrahan, JSC he has been practicing as a Workers’ Compensation attorney ever since. From 1987 to 2009 he was corporate counsel to the various insurance companies in the Liberty Mutual Group (Law Offices of Donald F. Guida and Baumann and Lynes). Since 2009 he has been associated with Leitner Tort DeFazio & Brause.
Tom has two sons. The older is a C.P.A while his younger son has just graduated from college. When not working Tom is an avid sports fan and is the Commissioner of Workers’ Compensation Fantasy Baseball League. He loves to take long vacations with his wife to explore different parts of our country.
